Assembly

Yes. Floe Thermoforming installs inserts, hardware, wire harness, lighting, electronics, and other components, then inspects, packages, and kits the finished assembly, then, where the program calls for it, kits and drop-ships to your line, so an OEM part arrives production-ready rather than as a bare formed blank.

What it is

Assembly, explained

A formed and trimmed part is still a blank until it's assembled. Floe Thermoforming installs fasteners, inserts, bonded components, gaskets, wire harness, lighting, and electronics, then inspects and packages the finished sub-assembly.

Where the program requires it, finished assemblies are kitted and drop-shipped directly to the OEM's line, so what arrives is a part that goes straight into the product.

Choosing the right process

In-house assembly turns a formed part into a finished component, with one supplier accountable for all of it.

vs Form-Only Suppliers
A finished, inspected, ship-ready assembly, not a blank needing three more vendors.
vs Separate Assembly House
One supplier owns the part from sheet to finished component.
vs Customer Sub-Assembly
Inserts, wire, lighting, and electronics installed before it leaves the floor.
