Yes. Floe Thermoforming installs inserts, hardware, wire harness, lighting, electronics, and other components, then inspects, packages, and kits the finished assembly, then, where the program calls for it, kits and drop-ships to your line, so an OEM part arrives production-ready rather than as a bare formed blank.

What it is

Assembly, explained

A formed and trimmed part is still a blank until it's assembled. Floe Thermoforming installs fasteners, inserts, bonded components, gaskets, wire harness, lighting, and electronics, then inspects and packages the finished sub-assembly.

Where the program requires it, finished assemblies are kitted and drop-shipped directly to the OEM's line, so what arrives is a part that goes straight into the product.
