Floe Thermoforming is a large, heavy-gauge thermoformer for OEM production. We form parts up to 25 feet long, 10 feet wide, 6 feet deep, at .600" starting gauge on the world’s largest rotary thermoforming machine, then finish them through integrated composites, metal fabrication, machining, and assembly under one roof in Minnesota.

Vacuum pressure draws heated heavy-gauge sheet over the mold. The right call for large parts, looser cosmetic tolerances, and lower per-unit cost at scale.
Air pressure forces the sheet into the tool for crisp detail, defined texture, and tighter tolerances, injection-molded looks without injection-molded tooling cost.
5-axis and 4-axis CNC trim, robotic finishing, assembly, and packaging in-house. Parts leave the floor finished and production-ready, not just formed.
22,000 square feet of heavy-gauge thermoforming. The AVT 3-station rotary runs sheet no one else can, and the trim, finishing, and assembly happen on the same floor.
